Life is about relationships – both at home and in the office. Getting to know each client, their stresses and their aspirations has had a tremendous impact on my own personal growth.
Reinvention has been a repeated activity throughout my life since starting this dream back in 1995. This dream has had me walk various paths, some of which have been quite painful, but throughout my journey client relationships have provided enthusiasm, support and comfort throughout it all.
Every day is full of client interaction by phone, email and in person. Being able to see how a client runs their own business has been rewarding and a great education. It has helped me during stressful times as I think “what would client-x do?”. Some of our clients have been around for 25 years. It’s a longevity that has formed great relationships. This business is my life and has personally provided me great sense of freedom.
